Who we are
eSIM World is the trading name of the seller, JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., a Delaware corporation (Delaware Division of Corporations file no. 3699579), 11562 West Ride Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32223, United States. E-mail: support@esimworld.co.uk. We also help on WhatsApp. We don’t have a phone line. A cancellation, a refund request, a complaint or a privacy request counts as made when it reaches us on WhatsApp, at support@esimworld.co.uk or through the cancellation form on this site. For a complaint or a privacy request, put “Complaint” or “Privacy request” in the e-mail subject or at the start of your WhatsApp message.
The seller is not established in the UK and is not a UK mobile network. eSIM World is not affiliated with any UK mobile network. On your card statement the charge appears as “JET SHARING”, the seller’s payment name, not as eSIM World: if you see that name, it’s your eSIM purchase.
Words used on this page
“eSIM” is the digital SIM you install without a physical card. “Plan” is the combination of destination, data and validity in days that you buy. “Delivery” is when we send you the eSIM (the QR code) by e-mail. “Activation” is the eSIM’s first connection to a mobile network. Installing the profile — scanning the QR code — is not the same as activating it.
What you buy and how it’s delivered
We sell data eSIMs for trips abroad to people who live in the UK: plans for a destination country or region, with a set amount of data and a set number of days. They are not a UK mobile line, a number or a permanent service, and they don’t replace the SIM you already have. The destination, the data, the validity, the network used and the total price are shown on the destination page and again in the order form before you pay.
Once Stripe approves the payment, we issue the eSIM and send it to the e-mail you gave: the QR code, the manual installation details (SM-DP+ address and activation code) and the steps for iPhone and Android. The order number is in the subject line. The same e-mail confirms your order, including the choice you made about your right to cancel (see below). The eSIM also stays on your order page, which you open with the link in that e-mail.
You need an internet connection to install the profile; you don’t need it to use the data abroad. A QR code installs once and on one phone only: don’t share it or scan it on another device. Step-by-step instructions are on how to install an eSIM.
If you’re buying for someone else — say, a family member travelling with you — add their e-mail in the order form: the e-mail with the eSIM goes to both of you.
Your phone
Before paying, check your phone on eSIM-compatible phones: the order form doesn’t check your model. Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to one network; if in doubt, ask your network or the manufacturer. If it turns out your phone can’t use the eSIM and the eSIM never connected to a network, you get a full refund under our refund rule below.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown next to the plan, in the order form and on the Stripe payment page is the total price you pay for the plan, and it’s the amount charged: you are charged in GBP, exactly the amount shown. There is no delivery charge: the eSIM is delivered by e-mail. We don’t add a surcharge for paying by card.
You pay on Stripe’s secure payment page, by debit or credit card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay if Stripe shows them on your device, as a single payment. The payment button shows the amount, for example “Pay £9.99”. The seller is registered in the United States, so your bank may apply its own rules to a payment to a seller abroad. Online payments must be enabled on your card. If the payment is declined, we don’t issue the eSIM and you aren’t charged. More on how card payment works. It appears on your statement as JET SHARING.
Prices can change from day to day; an order keeps the price at which you paid for it. A discount coupon lowers the price before you pay: one coupon per purchase. On some low-priced plans the discount is smaller or doesn’t apply; the order form shows the final amount before you pay.
Activation and validity
For almost every destination, the plan’s days start at the first connection to a network abroad, not on the day you buy; the destination page states the rule and, where there is one, the deadline for installing the profile. While you use the eSIM abroad, your UK SIM can stay in the phone; whether it receives calls and texts (including bank codes) abroad depends on your UK network’s roaming rules, not on eSIM World. Most plans are data only.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
As a consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day you buy, without giving a reason. Because the eSIM is delivered straight away, the order form asks you to tick a box before you pay: “I want my eSIM now and understand that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the eSIM is delivered”. If you tick it and we deliver the eSIM, you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the eSIM is delivered. We confirm your choice in the e-mail with your eSIM.
Our own refund rule is more generous in most cases and applies on top of your legal rights: you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the eSIM hasn’t connected to a network. Where both apply, the one that is better for you applies. We return the money within 14 days of receiving your request, to the same card, in pounds.
To cancel, use the cancellation form, write to support@esimworld.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough. The details are in the refunds and cancellation policy.
If the eSIM doesn’t work
If the eSIM doesn't work and it isn't your phone's fault, we refund the payment whether or not it was installed. The eSIM must be as described on the destination page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 about digital content and services. If the QR code won’t install, send us your phone’s brand and model, the order number and a screenshot of the step where you got stuck, and we’ll help until the eSIM shows up in your phone’s settings.
What we are and aren’t responsible for
We are responsible for delivering the eSIM you paid for, as described. The coverage and speed at your destination depend on the local network named on the destination page; outages, changes to local rules and decisions of local authorities (for example device registration or app blocking) are outside our control.
You are responsible for choosing the right destination and plan, for checking your phone before you buy, and for using the eSIM lawfully, on your own device or the device of the person you bought it for. Please don’t resell it.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed the order, or for business losses. We are not liable for charges from your UK network for roaming you used. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Personal data
To sell and deliver the eSIM we ask for your e-mail and, if you buy for someone else, their e-mail. You enter your card details on Stripe’s payment page: eSIM World doesn’t store your card number. What we keep, who else processes it and how to use your rights under UK data protection law is in the privacy policy.
Complaints
For any problem, write to us first with the order number. If support hasn’t solved it, send a complaint: put “Complaint” in the e-mail subject or at the start of your WhatsApp message. We reply to every complaint by e-mail, with our decision and the reasons for it.
Governing law and disputes
The seller is JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., a Delaware corporation (Delaware Division of Corporations file no. 3699579), 11562 West Ride Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32223, United States. These terms and any dispute about an order are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you live in the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If a dispute can’t be settled through support, it goes to a competent court. There is no arbitration clause.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the way we sell or deliver the eSIM changes. The date of the last change is at the top of this page, and your order stays under the version in force on the day you paid. If you need the version that applied to your order, write to us and we’ll send it.
