About eSIM World
eSIM World (esimworld.co.uk) sells travel eSIMs to UK residents travelling abroad: 202 destinations and 8 regional plans. Prices are in pounds, and you pay by card exactly that amount. We sell only on esimworld.co.uk: there is no eSIM World app and we don’t sell through marketplaces, so a service with a similar name is a different company. We are not a UK mobile network.

JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., a Delaware corporation (Delaware Division of Corporations file no. 3699579), 11562 West Ride Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32223, United States. E-mail: support@esimworld.co.uk. It sells the eSIMs on this site under the trade name eSIM World; on your card statement the charge appears as “JET SHARING”.
Where the prices come from
Base prices are set in US dollars, the currency of our supplier; you see and pay the price in pounds, converted at the day’s exchange rate, with every price ending in .99.
How you pay
On the Stripe payment page, by card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay if Stripe shows them on your device, in pounds: you are charged in GBP, exactly the amount shown. The seller is registered in the United States, so your bank may apply its own rules to a payment to a seller abroad. The eSIM QR code comes to the e-mail you gave with the order.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the eSIM hasn’t connected to a network, plus your 14-day right to cancel. The details are in the refunds and cancellation policy.
Complaints
If something went wrong with an order, write to support@esimworld.co.uk or on WhatsApp with the order number. A real person from the team replies.
