How to pay for a travel eSIM from the UK
At eSIM World you pay by card in pounds sterling, on Stripe’s secure payment page. Your card is charged exactly the price you see.
In short
Choose a plan, enter your email address and pay by card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay if Stripe shows them on your device, in pounds. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app or with a one-time code. The eSIM QR code arrives at the email address you entered.
Step by step
Before you pay: check your card settings
The price in pounds is the charge
Each plan has one price in pounds, the same on the plan card, at checkout and on the Stripe page, and that is the amount charged to your card. We set the day’s prices once a day from the exchange rate of 1 Nov; an order you place keeps its price.
The seller, JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., is registered in the United States. Some banks treat a payment to a seller abroad differently even when it is in pounds, and may apply their own charges or checks. Your card’s terms and charges show what your bank does.

Questions about payment
What currency am I charged in?
Pay by card in pounds: you are charged in GBP, exactly the amount shown. The seller is registered in the United States, so your bank may apply its own rules to a payment to a seller abroad. Online payments must be enabled on your card.
Can the amount on my bank statement differ from the price on the site?
We charge exactly the price in pounds shown at checkout. The seller, JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., is registered in the United States, so some banks treat the payment as a payment to a seller abroad and may apply their own rules to it, even though it is in pounds. Your card’s terms and charges list what your bank does.
Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, if Stripe shows them on your device: they appear next to the card form, depending on your phone, browser and card. You pay on the secure Stripe checkout page, by card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay if Stripe shows them on your device. We don’t take bank transfers, cash, PayPal or pay-later plans.
My card was declined. What should I do?
A decline often means that online payments are switched off in your banking app, the card has a spending limit lower than the payment, or the bank stopped the payment to check it with you. Check your banking app for a message from your bank and for the card settings, then try again. If your bank asked you to approve the payment in its app or with a one-time code and the request timed out, start the payment again. A declined payment is not completed; if your bank shows a pending amount, the bank releases it.
What will I see on my card statement?
It appears on your statement as JET SHARING. The seller is JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., a company in the United States.
I paid but the eSIM QR code didn't arrive. What should I do?
Check the spam and promotions folders of the email address you entered in the order. If it is not there, open the Find my order page and search with that email address, or write to us on WhatsApp or at support@esimworld.co.uk.
How do refunds work?
A refund goes back to the same card, in pounds: the amount we charged, within 14 days of your request. A charge your bank added is its own and may not be returned; check your card terms. The conditions are in our refund policy.
